Repair walaa is a platform that connects customers with independent repair technicians in Delhi NCR. We act as an intermediary and do not directly provide repair services.
3. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when booking services
- Ensure safe access to the appliance/location for technicians
- Pay agreed-upon charges upon service completion
- Treat technicians with respect and professionalism
4. Technician Terms
- Technicians must provide accurate qualifications and experience
- Technicians selecting 24-hour availability must respond to leads promptly
- Failure to respond to leads may result in profile deactivation
- Technicians must maintain professional conduct at all times
- Fake or misleading profiles will be permanently banned
5. Limitation of Liability
Repair walaa is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or services provided by technicians. We do not guarantee the quality of work performed by independent technicians.
6. Warranty
The 30-day warranty mentioned on our platform is provided by individual technicians, not Repair walaa. Please confirm warranty terms directly with your technician before work begins.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
